Beehive 0.6.0 released
Beehive 0.6.0 is up on the FTP server. Mostly a lot of updates, check
the 0.6.0/allfiles.lst for specifics. Seems noticeably faster than
0.5.0 for some reason.
Gnome was removed because, well, nobody wanted to hassle with it.
It's a major PITA to build, and It doesn't
really add anything that KDE doesn't, so.... If someone
wants to join the team/build the packages contact me at ksc at beehive
nu.
* If you downloaded the iso for 0.6.0 before say 1 AM PDT 2002-09-15,
well you shouldn't have until the announcement. It was crap and was
replaced by the current iso.
* If you have probs with jpg backgrounds in KDE make sure KDEDIR and
QTDIR are set.
