All DVD,CD are packaged in a DVD,CD
envelope or plastic Jewel Case.
Returns
We make every effort to ensure the quality of all CD we ship. If for
whatever reason you receive a defective CD, we will always send you a
replacement copy free of charge.
Opensoft only accepts returns in the case of a faulty CD
(i.e. read/write errors that cause the CD to malfunction), but NOT
in the case of software bugs, errors or incompatibility with your PC
hardware.
